1. Digital Product Delivery

All products purchased through TECH ZONE Bhutan are delivered digitally via email or direct download link. Once the payment is successfully processed, the product will be made available for download.

2. No Physical Returns

Since our products are digital, no physical return is required. You will receive the item electronically, and once the download link has been accessed, the product is considered delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

You made a duplicate payment by mistake
You received a corrupted or non-functional file
The product was not delivered to your email or download section, even after confirmation
You contacted our support team within 48 hours of purchase and provided valid proof

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

You changed your mind after purchase
You no longer need the product
You failed to read the product description before buying
You requested a refund after downloading or using the product
The issue is with third-party software compatibility not mentioned on the product page

5. Refund Process

If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. It may take up to 5 to 7 business days to review your request and up to 10 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.
